Group retreats are not for everyone, although it can be very powerful doing inner work in this way, we often just need to turn inward and relax in private while all of our needs are taken care of.

This personal retreat is carefully curated for individuals or couples looking to really get away from the daily grind and reconnect to themselves using various modalities while enjoying the beautiful jungle and beaches of Costa Rica.

After a pre retreat call to find out your exact needs and desires I will tailor a program specifically for you. You will spend your time with me eating gourmet organic food, freshly prepared in your vacation rental, meditating, surfing, practising breathwork, enjoying sound healing and massage as well as powerful somatic therapy to help you connect to yourself on a deeper level and overcome any obstacles that you may be facing in your life. There is also the option to work with plant medicine to find a deeper level of connection with yourself and nature.

Accommodation is not included in this package but I will assist you in finding something suitable for whatever you budget maybe and help you with everything you need to make your time with me truly transformative and unforgettable.
